Kit Of The Month

I am beginning to sell Kits Of The Month.  This month's kit is pre-cut, pre-stamped and organized; ready for you to assemble.  This kit includes 8 all-occassion cards and a card holder.  This set would be great to make and store in the handy card holder for the ease of reaching that perfect card that you need suddenly for an upcoming event or you can give this kit as a gift!  The card holder makes a very nice presentation for the cards and the recepient.  The colors are just perfect for summer!  This kit is $20.00 (plus shipping & handling) and comes with all you need to complete this kit plus full detailed instructions. If you are interested in this kit or would like more details, please email me at toliver@mikrotec.com.  Thanks for looking!

Graduation Gifts

Do you have a special graduate that you would like to get a one of a kind gift for? The Memory Keeper box from Close To My Heart may just be the thing for you. It is a durable magnetic closure box that is designed to be the perfect fit to store and protect that cap and gown. The dimensions are just made for the mortar board and this box is even deep enough to add a couple of extra things, as well. Should your graduate not wish to use it for their cap and gown, it is still a great gift to hold special momentos from their school years. These boxes take just minutes to cover and with your special touch, can be unique from any other. Here are 3 samples of ones that I have recently made. I hope that you enjoy them!

Valentine Card Birdhouse Box

Our local homeschool organization hosted a Valentine Exchange and held a contest for each child to create a unique box to hold his/hers valentine's. My oldest daughter created this lovely birdhouse from a cracker box. All products are from my scrappin' stash and she used the Cricut to help cut her grass and mailbox. The birds, branch, leaves and hearts are felt. I thought she did a really neat job. (She took first place!)
{I know this is late for Valentine's Day...we've had a lot going on and I'm just now getting to post some things...sorry.}

You Rock!

This card was made using all Close To My Heart products. The colors are Black, White Daisy, and Cranberry.

Thank you card

This Thank You Card was made using Close To My Heart Cardstock and my Cuttlebug. I stamped the images with CTMH stamps using CTMH ink. Then, ran the White Daisy Cardstock through my cuttlebug and layered on Black Cardstock onto my card base. The flowers and ribbon are from an unknown source. All other products, CTMH.

One More Card

As you probably already know, a card doesn't have to be in a rectangle or square shape. This fun card was made using Wild Card Cartridge from the Cricut and the sentiment is stamped with an image from Close To My Heart. Hope you like it!

February Stamp of the Month

This card is made using the Close To My Heart February Stamp of the Month, "It's a Piece of Cake." All products Close To My Heart except yellow flower. Colors: Barn Red and Buttercup.

The sentiment from this card comes from the stamp of the month, too. This card is made using Close To My Heart's Grace paper pack and uses Olive, Garnet, and Colonial White Cardstock.

This card is made using the February Stamp of the Month also. It is stamped in Cocoa ink and colored with Martha Stewart Markers. The paper, ribbon, brad and flowers are from an unknown source (stuff in my scrappin' stash).

This card is also used with the Piece of Cake set and is made using Close To My Heart's Sweet Home paper pack. Colors: Indian Corn Blue, Buttercup, Barn Red, and Cocoa. The image is colored with my Copics and Martha Stewart Markers. This stamp set is such a fun set to own!!! It is one of the all-time must haves!!!
